The subscription you select will be dependent on what you think best matches your maximum monthly send volume. We offer monthly subscription plans and pay-as-you-go plans. The pricing differs for each package. Frequent email marketers should go for a monthly plan, the scarce email marketer should go for a pay-as-you-go plan.

With a monthly subscription:

1. Credits renew on a monthly basis; any leftover credits from the previous month fall away.
2. Unused monthly credits cannot be carried over from one month or payment cycle to the next.
   
3. With a monthly subscription plan you can purchase additional credits that will not expire
   
4. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
   
5. You can change your plan with 30 days notice

Pay-as-you-go plans:

1. Simply purchase credits when you need them. No monthly contract.
   
2. Pay-as-you-go credits are non-expiring. If you don't use credits in March, you can come back and use them in April.

The application will automatically not send to those recipients that have unsubscribed and those email addresses that have hard bounced. This means that no send credits will be deducted for these addresses when making your sends.

The Reports and Statistics function will allow you to view the statistics on each send and mailing list individually.

The reporting tool allows you extract this information and export to a new/existing mailings lists or export to a file.

No, you don’t have to commit to any period. If you would like to cancel a subscription or upgrade to a subscription level, you can submit your request form which is provided in the Setup & Options menu.

We charge per email newsletter sent to an email address. Your email newsletter costs 1 credit to send. If you embed images, the cost is 1 credit per 100 kb image. If you use an image that is 101 kb you will be charged 2 credits.

We work on a "send credit" system. 1 send credit = 1 email. If you choose to embed images in your newsletter your send will use more credits. We charge 1 credit per 100 kb image.

So, if you have a newsletter and you embed a 200 kb image, it will cost you 3 credits. If you don't embed any images the newsletter will only cost 1 "send credit".

Unless you have cancelled your monthly subscription you will still be required to pay the invoice. Please note that the monthly subscription send credits expire at the end of the month and that unused credits will fall away and will be replenished each month.

Each account is enabled with 20 mailing lists. Should you require more than the specified amount you can make your purchase starting at $30.00 for an additional 10 mailing lists.
